Two Buckets ("Two Buckets", "we", "us") is a service operated by Pearls of Wisdom Developments Pty Ltd, a company registered in Australia ("the Seller"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. Your account You must be 18+ to create an account. Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

2. Subscription, free trial and billing - New accounts get a 7-day free trial with full access. - After the trial, the subscription renews automatically at the price shown at signup (A$24.99 per month or A$209.91 per year) until cancelled. - Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns, and is responsible for the collection and remittance of applicable sales tax and VAT/GST. - You can cancel at any time from the Account page in the app or via paddle.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. - We will notify you before the trial ends.

3. Community media If you tick "Share with the community" when uploading a photo or video: - You confirm every person shown has consented (and, for children, that you are their parent or legal guardian and consent on their behalf). - You grant us a non-exclusive licence to display the media to other Two Buckets users inside the app. - We review submissions and may decline or remove any media at our discretion. - You can withdraw a shared memory at any time; it is removed from public view immediately.

4. Acceptable use You agree not to: - upload media that is unlawful, abusive, obscene, or that features people who have not consented; - resell, redistribute or publish the activity content outside your own family use; - attempt to access the service by automated means, reverse engineer it, or interfere with its operation; - use the service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of Australian law.

5. Suspension and termination We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that is used fraudulently, or where required by law. Where the breach is not serious we will give notice first where practical. You may close your account at any time from Account settings.

6. Intellectual property You keep ownership of everything you upload. All activity content, text, illustrations, the Two Buckets name, logo and the app itself are owned by Pearls of Wisdom Developments Pty Ltd and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content with your own family.

7. Refunds See our [Refund Policy](/legal/refunds). We offer a 30-day money-back period on subscription purchases and renewals.

8. Disclaimer and liability Activities are suggestions for family play. You are responsible for supervising your children and judging what is safe for them. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in-app. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
